The Challani Residence is an exclusive twin villa project in Poondamallee, designed for two brothers. Every aspect of the planning has been carefully developed as per Vasthu, ensuring spaces that are not only functional but also harmonious and balanced.
The architectural elevation follows a modern minimal approach, featuring a sophisticated palette of micro concrete finishes paired with HPL wood textures. This combination lends the villas a timeless yet contemporary character that blends elegance with simplicity.
